does the email inherit the text from the document? If the document has the text and is showing the text without a problem then I would look more into how you are creating the email and whether or not you are giving the fields the same. Mail has not change in R6 to cause a problem such as this.

It could be a few parameters are not set right in the script. Would you oblige to share the code which created the email?
